Privacy Policy
The short version: your training data exists to coach you, not to sell you. We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and when you share a program your personal details never travel with it.
1. What we collect
To coach you, BeStrongr stores what you tell your coach and what you log: account details (name, email, sign-in provider), your training profile (goals, experience, equipment, schedule, and — if you choose to share them — injuries and physical limitations), and your training history (sets, weights, reps, times, completed sessions). We do not collect location data, contacts, or anything from other apps on your device.
2. How AI coaching uses your data
Your conversations and training history are processed by AI models to build and adapt your programs. This is the product — a coach that remembers your knee needs the note about your knee. Your data is not used to train AI models, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers.
3. Sharing — the two-layer rule
Every program has two layers of text: a shareable description and a private one that references your injuries, goals and history. When you share a program, only the shareable layer travels. Your personal data never leaves your account through sharing — by design, not by setting.
4. Your controls
You can view and edit what the coach remembers about you (AI Memory, under YOU in the app), export your training data, and delete your account — which permanently removes your profile, conversations and training history.
5. Payments
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. We never see or store your card details.
